Chris and the team were very efficient, timely, and considerate. Chris would show up at any given notice to make sure our family was comfortable. He even let us use portable units for the few months we had no air, extremely kind and personable. Always explains everything in detail while trying his best to accommodate us. Smart home air and heat is the ultimate one stop shop. Chris and his team are so helpful and informative. They made sure I knew everything about what was going on with my service, they made sure I had the best deal, and they made sure it was done fast! I felt truly heard and empathized with when I was struggling with my AC unit. I recommend them to anyone and they have found a forever customer with me.
Bought the unit last year at a great price and it has been great. As a Canadian I have a high expectation of after sales customer service and I have to say Chris and Smart Home Air & Heat has surpassed that expectation. He did more than the warranty would have covered.
The Smart Home team doesn’t let us down again! Shout out to the whole team. Came out for a tune up — vacuumed the unit, gave me a video and written report. Told me unit is running fine and no recommendations to do anything. Honesty is hard to come by these days but Chris and the team at Smart Home are 1 company that you can count on.

The reviews you see for Smart Home are absolutely true. Chris came out to my home at 1:30am and replaced my capacitor, had me cooling in 15 min. He didn’t charge any after-hour fees and was at my door in 50 min. I highly recommend.

We came home to find our AC not cooling and the house over 80 degrees. We reached out to Smart Home at midnight and he was here in 40 minutes. Knew exactly what the issue was. Extremely knowledgeable, honest from the beginning. I would recommend 100% and definitely use him anytime my AC has issues.

Highly professional — not only did he fix our issues in minutes but he made sure to check surrounding concerns and didn’t leave until he was satisfied with his work. I want to share a humble incident. Your employee in a black ram truck saw a homeless lady drenched from rain. He walked up, handed her an umbrella, gave her a towel from his truck, then came in and ordered her a meal. He did it from the goodness of his heart. What a great human being — tell the man in the black truck we were watching and think he’s awesome!
Believe all the other reviews. I called Smart Home after calling my go-to AC company and 2 others — not 1 answered. Chris answered my call at 10:15 and was here in 30 min. Found my capacitor had malfunctioned and replaced it for a very reasonable price. No after-hours fees either. Finally, an HVAC company who does what they say.
Great service! I reached out and the owner came by to fix my Daikin unit in under 40 minutes, on the weekend no less! This is after a number of other large chain AC shops promised to send a technician but never did. Would highly recommend.

My AC was the original from 1992 — finally gave out. Chris answered on a Sunday, drove over an hour to help. After realizing we needed a new unit, he quoted a 3-ton but after finding out our vent count said a 2.5-ton would work better — a lower cost. He didn’t have to be honest and lose money, BUT he was. These are your guys!
