Hey guys, it's Chris with Smart Home Air & Heat. Thank you very much. You're here because you've clicked the installation portion of our website. I want to give you some information. We just so happened to hit it today. I'm actually sitting at a customer's house right now who gave us a call because they had another company put in a mini split into their garage and it wasn't performing as it should. And I'm gonna show you, I just came out from inside and I made a short little video to show you what we found. I wanna let you know that according to a government survey, 67% of all HVAC installs in the United States are done incorrectly. And the reason they're done incorrectly is because they haven't been properly trained. There's a lot of things that can go wrong if the install is not done correctly. The most important day doesn't matter what it is. It's not the price that you paid and it's the warranty that you have. It's the day that it's installed. If it's not installed correctly, you're gonna have problems with it throughout the lifetime of the ownership. If you have any questions on the install, make sure you give us a call a couple quick tidbits. Number one, make sure that you get the licenses of all of the people that are in your house doing installs. You wanna get the licenses because you wanna see even if they're qualified. A lot of companies don't send qualified people in there due to the installs. It's the most important day of your system. Of course you wanna know who's inside of your home installing your system. And you wanna make sure you get everything in writing. The company that they paid to do this mini split, they didn't get everything in writing when they tried to call them back. The company's not calling them back now. So there's a lot of different things that you can do to protect yourself. Us here at Smart Home Air & Heat. Not only do you get all the information on the installer, everything is in writing. We don't even step foot onto your property or start a project until everything is signed. You have copies of everything. We're very, very transparent. So I'm about to show you a quick video that I took inside the home to show you where the other company kind of messed up just to give you an idea. Hold on one second, it's coming right now. Okay guys, so I am inside of the customer's garage that he's converting, that they had the other company put in the mini split. That's called a head right there. Just by looking at this, I can already tell you what the problem is. Of course, we'll verify it with some math and some science. But if you look on the top of the unit right there, that is called the return. That's where the air goes in and then comes out the supply right here. Permine manufacturer specifications, there needs to be minimum six inches, preferably 12. So that mini split needed to come down a little bit. So what's going on is with that roof right there, it's not getting the proper air flow to go into the return and out through the supply. So it's choking the system, making it run it inefficient because we do this correctly. We're probably looking somewhere in a 50% and 60% inefficiency. What should mean higher electric bills and equipment that actually underperforms and breaks down sooner? This customer right here just let you know nothing against the customer. They decided to pass on us because we were about $800 more than this company was. To take this down, to redo the holes in the back. And to relocate this, you're probably looking at right off the, just a guessment of right around 600 to about $800 actually. So the installation of your equipment is the most important thing. If it's done wrong, you're gonna have problems with it. Thanks. Okay, guys, I'm back. As you could see from that little video, the mistake was made by improper install causing some air restrictions and some things going on with that. Unfortunately, what you didn't see was when we took that head off of the wall right there, they had messed up and connected some things wrong. And they actually bent some of the copper back there. So now we have to run new copper. So there were some more aspects of it that we couldn't even see. Point being said, no matter if you go with smart home air and heat or if you go with another company, make sure that your home when the install is done, make sure you keep an eye on the guys. Don't be afraid to go out there and ask questions. Make sure you get paperwork on their qualifications and make sure everything isn't riding. Please, please, please stop future problems happening by making sure you do that a little bit of homework. Here at Smart Home, all of our guys are trained up to Nate's certification standards. With that means to you, it's like a PhD. They have extensive training, they've done over 500 installs to become a lead and we back up everything with guarantees and warranties. Thank you very much for clicking, sorry, this went a little bit too long. If you have any questions, make sure you call that number right underneath here. We wanna earn your business. Give us that 1% chance to show you what we can do. We'll make sure we do it right. Have a great day.

Hey guys, it's Chris Ellsons again with smart home air and heat. I want to thank you very much for clicking on that button that says preventative maintenance. This is a big deal to smart home air and heat. Just because 90% of the time it is not done correctly. If you've ever had your preventative maintenance done by a company, have they ever included cleaning the coils in that? Have they ever made sure that they got into the condenser and moved all the leaves underneath where the compressor lies? Most of them don't. Most of them offer you a very cheap preventative maintenance deal and all they're doing is trying to get into your home so they can sell you more stuff. If they don't do the preventative maintenance right, what makes us believe that they're going to do the parts right or what they're diagnosing is correct. Here at Smart Home Air Heat, we do things a little bit different. A preventative maintenance to us isn't checking a capacitor, it isn't checking a contactor, it's actually cleaning the unit, it's actually doing a complete checkup, putting on our job links, making sure that the internal pieces are working correctly and every single part is functioning as it should. Not only that, at the very end of every single job or preventative maintenance we do, we send you a video, not only with all the proof of everything that we've done, but we send you a video of all the stats that was taken during your preventative maintenance. We would never offer to change a part, sell you anything without proper proof and documentation that it has done. The good news is we are all certified, we're EPA certified and trained up to Nate certification standards. I'm going to show you something real quick, this is going to be a different video because I want to take you outside over this customer's condenser and show you a little bit different of how we do the preventative maintenance, I'm sorry if this is running too long, I'll go ahead and start showing you right now. Hey guys, so what I wanted to do is I wanted to show you an example, just real quick of a preventative maintenance. There isn't home, we're waiting for them, even though their garage door is open, but follow me, actually let me show you. Guys, with every single one of our preventative maintenance, it comes with a checklist. That checklist is going to tell you our customers exactly what you do and what we do for the preventative maintenance itself. It's extremely important to do that. Now, a preventative maintenance just doesn't mean we come over and check a capacitor, a contactor or anything else like that. A preventative maintenance should also be a cleaning and that's something that's very, very, important. So, this is a split unit here, we'll be doing it, it's running right now. As you can see right here in the fan, one of the things they don't do is they don't check this, pick that up and clean it. This right here, they don't take the fan or the coil covers off and spray the coils off. Now, why is that important? Because if you don't have clean coils, just like this straw, if you're an insurer and go out there, you'll be breathing through a straw. You don't want your unit to breathe through a straw, just like you don't want to breathe through a straw. If you're a preventative maintenance company is just coming over here, taking off the side panel and checking your capacitor to sell you another one, they do not care. They don't. So, if you want a preventative maintenance done from A to Z, we also hook up our job links to make sure that the internals of the system is working. If they don't have some sort of a job links or a way to actually hook up and check to make sure everything is copostetic, I use the word copostetic, then they're not doing their job right. Down underneath me is going to be a phone number, it's 407, 465, 7777. Give us a call, we'll be more than happy to talk to you. If you have any questions whatsoever, give us a call. Make sure, if you get a preventative maintenance, they are really doing a preventative maintenance. You guys have a great day, thank you very much, take care.

Hey guys, how's it going? My name is Chris Elsis, the owner of Smart Home Air in Heat. I want to talk to you about kind of one of my favorite subjects on this quick one. This is called AC Services. There's a lot of things over the past 30 years of me being in the HVAC industry that I've learned. The new technology that's coming out, all the new tools that we have nowadays make AC services so much, so much easier. The amount of callbacks and the amount of troubleshooting that we have done or need to do have gone down tremendously. It's kind of exciting because we have tools now on our AC services side that we actually go there, we hook up to your system, and it's like an X-ray or EKG machine that goes through the whole system and tells us what's wrong. The days of a technician or so-called technician showing up and not putting any of these, any of this technology on are far gone. The old days we would have to guess, and then when we guessed, if we guessed wrong, we'd have to come back. And then if we guessed that wrong, we would have to come back. What does that do for you, the customer? That delays the time that you guys have cool, crisp, clean air coming through your home. Those days are so far gone because of the technology, if someone ever shows up to your house, and they don't have something like a job links or something that they can put on your system, show you how it's running and riding. No second guessing, then I would not have those people inside of your home. The technology has gotten too far in advance. We do service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can give us a call at any time. I want to challenge somebody out there to kind of see if it's right. I'll offer $250. If you call your air condition man at 1 o'clock in the morning, and he's out there by 2 o'clock in the morning, I'll give you $250. If you call us at 1 o'clock in the morning, we'll be there by 2 o'clock in the morning. And that's the difference between smart home air and heat and a lot of other companies. We are a true 24 hour day, seven day a week company. If you don't believe me, test me. Come on now. All of our customers out there that know that, thank you for being a customer. If you're not a customer yet, make sure you give us a call. We want to earn your business. Our number again is 407-572-77777, or actually call the office at 407-465-7777, that's 407-465-77777. Thank you and have a smart day.

Hey guys it's Chris Ellis's owner of Smart Home Air & Heat. I want to thank you very much for clicking on that button that said air purification. Air purification is one of those subjects that are extremely important yet a lot of people don't understand until they get it. You know the old saying is I wish I would have known back then what I know now is 100% relative to air purification. I'm gonna be a cheater I'm gonna say I was the exact same way until some about seven years ago when I got my first air purification system my son who was probably eight or nine back then his allergy stopped he was much happier the whole house felt healthier. Guys air purification is extremely important. What you need to remember is your inside of your home 8, 10, 12, 15 some more some less it just depends and when you're inside of your home there is no airflow except your HVAC system. Now not all of us change our filters right every 30 days. Some of you are guilty you know who you are sometimes I'm guilty and I'm in the business. That's why air purification is so important. When air goes through the air handler which is the inside portion of your air condition system the air purification sits right on top and helps keep that air coming through your system cool crisp and clean. In fact let me do this I'm actually on an install right now so I'm gonna go show you where the air purification goes the customer had an older one that we had installed years ago we're upgrading them to air purification that we use now it's a huge deal but I at least want to show it to you. So hold on one second and we're gonna go right now. Hey guys real quick how you doing I did tell you that I was going to show you some air purification like I said this is a perfect house to do it with the homeowners are actually converting their garage into a office so this is the perfect opportunity to kind of show you the air purification systems we put in. Follow me this way. Now just so you know not all air purifications are made the same just like not all HVAC companies do the exact same work. We spent probably six or seven years going through a couple different brands making sure that we get the quality out of them and to be honest sometimes we didn't so we had to move on to the next one this one I'm gonna show you we've had for about I think the last two years we've seen great numbers and great things from it as well and very very minor breakdowns that's actually the owners right there say hi owners hi they love me they're they're gonna be mad at me on this one so we use what they call the Reemie Halo and you're more than welcome to look this up and look up the statistics look up the stats I believe what you're going to find is very positive reviews of course or we wouldn't put it in what's neat about this it has a UV light in it and it also has the air purifier you're gonna get somewhere around 90% cleanliness of hospital grade of air purification with this and this is inside of your home up above right here is the old air purification system that we had in now that was good but it doesn't compare to this one right here this this we believe that this product right here will stick with it for a while because it works so darn well this does come with a lifetime warranty on the balance itself so if something ever happens of course you get to get a brand new one at no charge to you so when we put this into here coupled with a UV light for the coils here now don't forget the air comes through the bottom up through the coils coil cleaning UV light goes through the blower motor here and goes up through the air purifier so it's getting two hits on the coil or on the UV light and going through that air purification system it works really really well make sure you talk to your contractor or whoever you pick about the air purifiers make sure that you do some homework on them there's a lot of times that people are paying twice or three times as much as they want to guys these aren't very expensive you're they should not be three four or five thousand dollars if you have any questions make sure you give us a call you don't have to buy anything from us we'll be more than happy to answer some questions for you I'm gonna put our number right down below me just in case you do have some questions we can answer them over the phone or we can send somebody out to answer questions and kind of give you a run through of how everything works we appreciate you thank you for listening have a great day

Hey guys, this is Chris Elsis with Smart Home Air & Heat. I want to thank you very much. The reason you're here is you must have clicked on the button that said Smart Thermostats or Smart Home integration. It's actually one of my favorite subjects. About four years ago, after 20 odd years in the AC business, I made a decision to switch over and to really start studying Smart Home and AI technology. We believe it's the absolute future of HVAC and other things. Because of that, I've learned a tremendous amount of things about Smart Home. In the near future, everything will be going to Smart Home. I know if you're one of those that say no, it won't, unfortunately, it will. The sooner we rip that bandaid off and you get into actually what it can do for you, what it can do for the health of your home, what it can do for the health of your body and your children, it's absolutely amazing what Smart Home technology can do in the HVAC business. It really does help the home and the people in the home stay healthier. A lot of companies out there don't believe in Smart Technology yet, but those opinions will be changed over time. A lot of our clients are scared when we go to their house and I start talking about Smart Home Technology. They think I'm going to transform their whole house. Absolutely not. The easiest way to do this and I'm telling you it works perfect 100% of the time, is start with the Smart Home Thermostats. rip the bandaid off, step into the Smart Home Sector with just the Smart Home Thermostat. We're actually giving one away on every equipment sale now through the end of the year. That's our gift to you to start the Smart Home Transformation. You don't have to go crazy, but Smart Home Thermostats, you're able to tell what the temperature is away from home. You can geofence it. I don't want to get crazy, but you can check the humidity. There's a lot of different things we can do. You can also purchase one on Amazon. You can go and purchase one on any of your stores, best buy anything like that. If you're one of these DIY guys, give us a call. We'll be more than happy to walk you through it over the phone. There is no charge. We honestly just want to help our community grow into the next step of the Smart Home Technology. If you need us to come out there and install it, we have special deals to install them. We can bring you one. You can buy one. We can install yours. We'll do anything we can to help you out. The most important step is that we teach you how to grow into what's coming up in the future as far as the HVAC technology and what it can do. We want your family to be comfortable. That's our main thing. When you're sitting in your home, we don't want any hotter cold spots. We don't want any humidity issues. We want you to be happy. Smart Home Technology is what's going to get there as these units get more and more smarter. Thank you very much. By the way, guys, if you need any help with anything I'm putting the phone number down here, we are here to help you. We're open seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We are a true night business as well if something happens. We love to see you. We love to meet you. For those that are already with our community, Smart Home. Thanks for being a return customer. Thank you for helping us grow. We look forward to moving into the future with you. Make it a smart day. Have a great day.

Hey guys, it's Chris Elsa, this owner of Smart Home Air & Heat. I just want to take a quick moment and talk about one of my favorite subjects again, and the reason it's a favorite subject is because it's so important. A lot of people, when they look at their air conditions, and they see it every day, whether the inside portion is in the garage or in a closet, they never think about what's up above and in the attic. I can ask you a question right now. When's the last time you've been up in the attic to check your duck work? A lot of individuals will go years and years even after purchasing a home and never go up into the attic to check their duck work. To us, if it was a human body, your air condition system is the heart and the duck work is the veins. And just like humans that get cholesterol on their veins, hopefully you don't. Same thing can happen in duck work. So when a customer asks us, hey, is a duck cleaning important or is an ultraviolet UV light, coil cleaning UV light important? The answer without question is yes, it's extremely important. I want to look at those customers and say, I don't know, is breathing clean, healthy, air important to you? And here's the fact, when you sleep at night and your body is shut down and you're resting and you're repairing yourself, what are you doing? You're breathing, of course. I hope so. But what are you breathing? You're breathing the air that's coming out of your duck work and coming through your air condition system. A lot of people don't ever clean their duck works and that can cause allergies. It can cause a lot of different elements. It's not good for your home as well. So what I want to kind of do is show you just a quick rundown of why it's important and what to do if you ever get new equipment. And this I must explain, if you have had duck work for a while and you put a new system in your house and you do not clean the duck work, you're going to have a couple issues and it's going to appear a little bit quicker than later and I'm going to show you that. So before I do, I want to do a sidebar here real quick, I am not an artist. I can fix an air condition. I can do duck work, but I can't draw and you're going to see that from this drawing. So what I've done here is this is a, actually let me do this. Let me come over on this side for you. This is a basic air handler. So just to make it super simple, if it's in your garage or if it's in one of the closet upstairs, it's sitting on a stand is what we call this. And this would be the air, the return box, which is all the air that's coming back through the system. This would be your indoor coil. I'm not, don't want to confuse many people, but this is the indoor coil. This is what takes the energy and the humidity out of the home, the water, because that's what an air condition does. It takes water out of the house, takes it from the inside and pushes it to the outside. So this air passes through the evaporator coil. The evaporator coil takes the humidity out in the form of water, comes down your drain line and outside, hopefully, if this isn't clogged, but that's beside the point. Once it goes past into your air handler, the inside portion, it goes into this what we call supply plenum or four piece. Guys, if you have an air condition inside of your garage and you look at it and up on the top, you see the scoloration right here, that is not a good sign. That doesn't mean that your system's perfectly healthy. What that means is when they put this plenum up, they didn't seal it properly. So all the cold air that's coming through here is now leaking out with the hot air in your garage and causing that mildew. So I can't tell you something. When you see that, it doesn't start from the outside and go in. It starts from the inside and comes out. So if you can just think about it, what do you think is on the inside of that supply plenum or four piece? If you see it on the outside, 100% of the time without question, it's going to be on the inside. So once that air passes through there, it goes into the duct system that you have throughout your house. And that duct system might go into the kids room, it might go into the master bedroom, it might go into the living room, it goes everywhere through your house. So let's say that you decide to purchase a system, and I keep tripping over this, that's okay. Let's say you decide to purchase a system and the company you purchase it from comes out and they cut this supply plenum here and they cut this right here and they take this piece out. Great. You're getting a brand new system, but here's what happens. They've come back, they put the new system in here and when they put the new system in, that's all they do. They attach this here and this here or they replace this, but they don't replace or clean any of this. There is residuals inside of all of your duct work from the old system that are going to, once it comes back out again, it's going to come right back into the return box straight up through your system again and it's going to go right back into your duct work. Guys, it's extremely important when you get a new duct system to make sure you get a duct cleaning and that is, you don't want to pollute the old system. I'm sorry, the new system. If you pollute the new system, guess what's going to happen? The exact same thing that happened before is going to happen to this system because in those little tiny particles, when they go through the system, they collect on the evaporator coil, they collect inside here in the supply plenum and you'll have the exact same thing happen again. So it's very important to talk to whoever you purchase your system from whether or not you can get a duct cleaning here at Smart Home. We include duct cleaning with all of our estimates. If you don't want the duct cleaning, some people don't, we can exclude it, but we include it with all of our new system installs. Make sure you give us a call. I'll put the number right down there. That's 407, 465, 777, 407, 465, 777, I like to say this when I sign off, have a smart day.

Hey guys, it's Chris Elsis with Smart Home Air & Heat. Hopefully you're having a great day. The reason you're watching this is you probably went ahead and tapped on our Repair or our Service tab. I want to share a quick story with you. I think this is the perfect opportunity. I just came from a customer's house who called us out for a second opinion. Another company went out there to do repair work and told the customer that they needed a new system, that their system was condemned, and it was not working. The system was only eight years old. When I arrived, I put on our equipment that we used and that equipment is called job links. It's made by field piece. And with that does, it's like an X-ray machine or an EKG machine. Once we attach it to the system, it runs through the whole internals of the system. It tells us everything that we need to know. And when we did that test, we found out that it was not a dead system. They did not need a new system. And it was actually a little $18 part that was broken. The problem that I have is over the past six, eight months. This is probably my fifth to six time. I've gone out to a house where another company tried to sell them a new system. On our service site, we use what they call the job links. And I'm gonna post that right down here and give you the website's name to go to. So please, pause this if you can and go look at that. Guys, it's a $1,000 piece of equipment. That's why a lot of people don't use it. But if you have someone come to your house and they don't have job links or something close to it, if they're looking at it and they're not looking anything up to it and telling you that the system is broken, that's like going to a doctor's and the doctor's telling you that you have six broken ribs without even looking at an X-ray. Please make sure that when you call a company that you know what kind of qualifications that they have, what kind of equipment they use to diagnose your equipment and then what the cost is involved in that. Here at Smart Home Air & Heat, all of our guys are EPA trained. They're up to Nate certification trained too for the actual technical side. And we use all state-of-the-art technology. Technology has gotten to the point now where there should be no second guessing on troubleshooting. The technology helps us troubleshoot it. If companies are not using that, they're not doing the proper techniques in order to tell you what's wrong. So make sure you ask those questions. Here at Smart Home, we do it every time without question. If you need any service work done, please make sure you give us a call. We also give you a copy of all the EKG and X-ray machine that actually happens. We do not do any work that we guess. We have to make sure it's done properly and we have to make sure we have stuff to back it up. If you need us, make sure you call us. Our phone number is gonna be right below you, 407-465-7777. Make it a great day.

Hey guys, my name is Chris Elsis with Smart Home Air & Heat. The reason you're seeing this video is you must have clicked on a button asking for some additional information or maybe we're coming out there to do an estimate. I want to kind of give you a heads up of what we'll do. We'll be arriving on a window, normally we give a two-hour window. We like to get as close to the middle of that as possible. Sometimes we have little hiccups. Sometimes we're on a job a little bit longer than what we expected. So if we're on that job a little bit longer, we'll make sure we communicate with you. When we come there to do a full estimate, it's not a 15 or 20-minute ordeal. We will walk around your home, do a quick inspection of the house. We'll also be taking a look at your outside unit. We'll take a look at your inside unit. And then we'll go ahead and go up into the attic if it's available and look at your duck work. A lot of companies don't go up into the attic and look at duck work. That would be like having a heart transplant without making sure your veins are cholesterol free, I like to say. So during this whole process, we'll be asking you some questions. We'll also be going over our guarantees, all of our warranties to make sure you're fully covered. The last thing that we're going to do is make sure that we have the pricing set forth. Now, we'll offer different packages, different warranty packages that we'll go over with you. Of course, everything will be in writing and everything will be sent to you and gone over at that time of the estimate. Trust me when I tell you, we will give you enough information. Well, you can make an informed decision that day, that way you know what's going on. As far as our installs are concerned, our installs are done all by Nate certified technicians. Actually, our head install manager has over 5,000 installs that he's gone over. So installs are extremely important. They say the most important day that your unit is bought or purchased is the dates installed. Price doesn't matter as much as the dates installed because we're going to give you a good price, but if it's not installed correctly, you're looking at years of problems in the future. So I just wanted to kind of give you a heads up what's going to be going on during your estimate. And if you have any questions, guys, please, there's a number below 407, 465, 777, 777. I almost forgot to tell you some exciting news. We have just started a tech hotline. Why this is exciting is, I don't know if you're aware of this, but I'll tell you, 40%, 40% of all HVAC related problems can be fixed by the homeowner, a DIY. And it's something as little as putting a vacuum to the outside or flipping a breaker to do a reset. So a lot of people spend a lot of money calling companies over to do their maintenance or over for a service issue. You don't have to spend money doing that, guys. We have a free hotline. It cost you zero dollars. We have a tech available online 24 hours a day where all you got to do is call. He'll walk you through some troubleshooting processes. If that doesn't work by all means, call the other company or anything you want to. We're just trying to help our community save some money. That number again is 407, 465, 777, 777. I want you to have a fantastic day, or as we say it over here, have a smart day, thank you.
HVAC Scam Awareness

Guys, my name is Chris Elsis on the owner of Smart Home Air & Heat. I, first of all, wanted to say thank you very much for taking this short minute out of your time to watch this video. I'm a little upset right now. If I'm being 100% honest and sincere with you, I just left the customers home that I gave an estimate to. They had three different AC systems out there before or AC companies before me. When I went out there and I was explaining to them our product, I was going over rebates with them. And they said they didn't even know what rebates were. And I'm afraid, I've seen it lately. A lot of companies are coming out to your home. They're sending in people into your home. A lot of these people aren't trained professionally number one. Number two, they're not up to date with a different tax credits and rebates that are available to you. You're losing thousands and thousands of dollars that you don't need to lose. You work very hard for that money. I'm very sure you do. You work hard for the money. For someone not to offer that to you, I find that irresponsible. So I'm going to tell you what's going on right now through the federal government. It's not a what if. It's not a maybe. It's a definitely 100% right now through the federal government. You're eligible up to $2,000 in rebate money. That's when you buy an efficient system. They hand you $2,000 tax savings at tax time. Also to Duke Energy. I don't know if you ever ever met someone that said that their electric bills low. I think everyone in the middle said it's high. But Duke Energy is going to help you out a little bit. Just a little. They're going to give you a rebate as well. And that is on a 16-seater or high above system, the more energy efficient, the more rebate you get according with the government, and everyone out there as well. Now we have something special happening in July. We've actually partnered with a couple of charities around town here in Orlando and a couple of churches. And we are giving a trade-in. And why would I give you a trade-in? What does that mean, Chris? Well, a trade-in is for the system you already have in your home. It doesn't matter if it's not running. It doesn't matter what the year is, because we use different parts to help other people with older systems as well. So we kind of rob from your old system that you don't want anymore and take a part out of there that somebody else might need. So we're actually giving $2,500 instant rebate on any trade-in, on any model, and any condition. Guys, think about this for a second. If I'm giving you $2,500, the government's giving you $2,000. And Duke Energy is giving you $150,000 to $350,000. That's a lot of money right there. That's sitting on a table that other people are not discussing with you. Now here's the great thing about this. And here's a little bit, a little kind of a secret. I'm gonna tell you. In order to get those rebates, you have to purchase a 16-seer system, seasonal energy efficiency rating, system, or buff. The funny thing is, is because we're a smaller company, it's actually not funny, it's a real thing. Because we're a smaller company, I don't need as much revenue or pricing as the other big companies have. So I can actually offer you a 16-seer system and include those rebates for what they're offering the lower-seer systems with no rebates to you. It's kind of like a free upgrade, guys. And we'll go over all that, the time we get over there and get into the estimates or sit down and talk to you. I got some real quick, exciting news. We did just offer a free tech hotline, doesn't cost you anything whatsoever. Before you call some money and have them come over and they charge you a bunch of money, give us a call first. We have technicians online 24 hours a day to go over a quick troubleshooting. About 40% of all breakdowns at home can be fixed DIY. I don't want to make this long. Thank you very much. Thank you for being a customer for your, if not, come on over. We want you. We want you part of our smart home community. Guys, take care. Make sure you call below 407-465-7777. Make it a smart day.
The TRUTH About Free Tune-Ups

Hey guys, this is Chris Elsis with Smart Home Air & Heat. Some of you might already know me, I'm a local guy born and raised here, been in HVAC around this area for the last 30 years. I've been a general manager at a couple of big stores in Orlando, wanted to send me, but I wanted to call and introduce you to our brand and kind of have a quick chat with you. I'm sending out an email to you guys because I want to kind of pre-worn you about some things and tell you some great, great news. If you've ever had a company, well let me start with this. The old saying, if it's too good to be true, then it's probably too good to be true. If you've ever had a company that offer you a free tune up, a free maintenance contract, $29, $25, some food, or whatever, ever had a company do that to you, you have not been receiving the proper care for your system. Just because someone puts an individual in a van with some tools and sends them to your houses, that does not mean they're qualified. Guys, the truth doesn't matter is this. For $25 or for free, or for a couple of cans of food, or for, it doesn't matter. Whatever the excuse is, if you think that a company has your best interest in hand by sending somebody out to your house to trick you to try to get in there and sell you something, you got to be a little nutso. And I'm sorry if you're nutso, but that's the truth. Guys, if someone's offered you free stuff, it's impossible, impossible to run a company offering people free comfort clubs, or discounted comfort clubs, because there's no money that's left over to run the business. That should be a huge red flag, it should be flying like that. If they honestly, honestly, send somebody out, that's for free, or that's at a super discount of rate. No one is doing you a favor to send a certified technician out that's 100% trained with all of the gas and the tolls and all the expenses, it's much more than that. Let me ask you a question just to kind of clarify it. Have you ever seen any of those maintenance people spraying off your condensers outside cleaning the coil? Have you ever seen them take out the condenser fan motor and clean the inside of all the leaves and stuff? Might as well go outside. As soon as it's done, go outside and look at your condenser. Look down into it. You'll see a bunch of debris in there. That's because they weren't doing the proper job. That it would be like me sending my child over or my wife or a loved one or anyone over to a hotel room. Some guy answers the door and says, doctor, do little. And I say, oh, here you go, thanks for the discounted physical. Come on, guys. What's been happening over the past couple of years is some of you have been duped to thinking that your system is running fine just because someone came over and said it is. That's not what we do here at Smart Home. Guys, when we get to your house, we survey it. Everything is done on video and you get the video of everything we worked on. We survey it. We also put what we call job links on there. And it basically tells us the health of the system. And why that is very important is there's no way someone can do a proper maintenance or tell you that there's something wrong with the system. Unless they put these tools on there, most people just go in there with a sniffer machine. If this is happening to you, you know what I mean. Oh, sniff it up. Oh, look, that went off. Let me call my manager and let me see if he can come over here and try to sell you something. You don't need. If you've had any instances like this with someone in the past, you have not been done justice. Let me help you out. Guys, for a limited time, only I will be doing $149 maintenance transfer, $149 from the old company over to my company. And that way you can be treated fairly. We make sure we do the maintenance perfect every single time we have proof of it. You also get a printout, a diagnostic, I'm sorry, an email, diagnostic, I've shown you exactly what your system is doing that you can keep and put in your files. It's extremely important to know. All of our technicians, our EPA trained certified, are Nate certified. They come out to you. They know what they're doing and they take care of that. Guys, I'm going to put a number right down here, 407, 465, 7777, that's 407, 465, 7777, call us. If you're already a customer of ours and you got this email, thanks for being a customer we love you. If you're not a customer, come on over, join the community, I'm telling you, we do our job right. Give me 1% of your trust. I'll earn the other 99. We will make sure we take care of you. Have a fantastic day and most importantly, make it a smart day. Thank you.

Hey guys, this is Chris Ellis with Smart Home Air and heat. I'm sorry I'm a little sweaty. It's been a very long day today. Of course, summertime in Florida is extremely busy. I just wanted to touch base with you because I want to show you something. This is a brand new client of ours. They are a landlord and he rents out his condo here to different people Airbnb. But he has a full-time company right now that he's doing all of this preventative maintenance. He's got landlord tenants here and tenants have to leave because of AC stop work. And I want to show you something that kind of upsets me. I want you guys to know how to prevent it. Follow me this way, I want to show you. So this landlord, I met this landlord three days ago on another property in his name. He gave me this one. But let me show you this real quick. And you guys will have to forgive me because I don't have my mic on me. It's just this is an impromptu kind of a thing. So this unit here is the unit that fits that house. I got the call because the unit was not working. I went upstairs and of course, the float switch had been activated. So the drain line had not been cleaned out. But what I did and what you guys need to know, these are called job links. These are very, very important. These go here and on here and then inside. And what these do actually is it tells us the health of your system. If anybody comes to do a check up or preventative maintenance and they don't have these, they're just looking and guessing. That's all they're doing is looking and guessing. But I want you if you could zoom in right here. So this is the capacitor. This is the contactor right here. Look at this down here. Now this is preventative maintenance. They were here three weeks ago. Let me show you something. I'm gonna go ahead and shut this law for a quick. Now, I'm gonna have you look right inside here. I guarantee you inside here is gonna be dirty, filled with leaves and all that kind of stuff. It's just, it's amazing people pay for services and they don't get it. So why this is stopping? I do want you guys to know that these outdoor corals, when we do a preventative maintenance here at Smart Home, we make sure we clean the outdoor corals for you. We make sure we get in here. All this is clean. This capacitor right here just saw you. This capacitor was bad. And barely hanging on. But none of this stuff has been properly cleaned. All of this gets clean. Let's look right inside here. Yep, if you could look right down there. That's what I figured. You can point right here. So all of that gets clean when we do a preventative maintenance to have someone out here three weeks ago. Again, is irresponsible at best. We're not the kind of company that's gonna come in and just start trying to sell you things. You actually get a report when we leave, a video when we leave, a picture of the before and after. If you guys aren't getting that stuff in today's day and age, with this kind of technology, someone's not doing their job right. Here at Smart Home Air & Heat, we do our job right. Give us a call down there, 407, 465-7777, 407-465-7777. We'll do it the right way every time. Thank you very much. Make it a smart day.
